Data Airflow LLC ("Data Airflow," "we," "us," or "our") is a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Idaho, with its principal place of business at 1750 W. Front Street, Ste 200, Boise, ID 83702, USA. We respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit our website at dataairflow.com (the "Site"), contact us, or otherwise interact with us in the course of our business.
This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through the Site and through ordinary business communications. It does not override or replace any written agreement between you (or your organization) and Data Airflow, including any non-disclosure agreement ("NDA"), master services agreement, or other contract. Where such an agreement addresses the handling of information, that agreement controls to the extent of any conflict.
We collect information that you voluntarily provide when you contact us, request a quote or consultation, submit a form on the Site, correspond with us by email or phone, or engage us for services. This may include your name, email address, phone number, company name, job title, project details, and any other information you choose to include in your communications.
When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain technical information, including your IP address, approximate geographic location (city/region level), browser type and version, operating system, device type, referring URLs, pages viewed, links clicked, and the dates, times, and duration of your visits. This information is collected through cookies and similar technologies, as described below.
In the course of business development and client service, we may receive information about you from your employer or colleagues, from publicly available professional sources (such as company websites or professional networking platforms), or from referrals and industry contacts.
If you apply for a position with Data Airflow, your application is processed through our recruiting platform (currently BambooHR), which operates under its own privacy terms. Information you submit in an application — such as your résumé, work history, education, and contact details — is used solely for recruitment, hiring, and related compliance purposes, and is retained in accordance with applicable employment laws.
The Site uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC ("Google"). Google Analytics uses cookies and similar identifiers to help us understand how visitors use the Site — for example, which pages are visited, how visitors arrive at the Site, and how long they stay. The information generated (including your IP address, which Google truncates or anonymizes in accordance with its practices) is transmitted to and stored by Google on servers that may be located in the United States or elsewhere.
We use this information to compile reports on Site activity and improve the Site. We have not enabled Google Analytics advertising features, and we do not use Google Analytics data to identify individual visitors. Google's use of data is governed by its own policies, available at policies.google.com/privacy and policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the browser add-on available at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, or by configuring your browser to refuse cookies. You may also clear or block cookies at any time through your browser settings. Some features of the Site may not function properly if cookies are disabled.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising.

A substantial portion of Data Airflow's work is performed under non-disclosure agreements and contractual confidentiality obligations. Confidential business and project information received under an NDA or services agreement is handled in accordance with that agreement, is accessible only to personnel and subcontractors with a need to know who are bound by confidentiality obligations, and is not used or disclosed for any purpose other than as permitted by the governing agreement. Nothing in this Privacy Policy grants any right to, or waives any protection over, confidential information exchanged under contract.
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, to perform and document our contractual obligations, to comply with legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, and insurance requirements, and to establish or defend legal claims. Retention periods vary by record type; when information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it in accordance with our records practices.
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, use, alteration, or destruction, including access controls, encryption in transit for the Site, and confidentiality obligations for personnel. No method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and applicable regulators as required by law.

If you access the Site or communicate with us from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction. Where required by applicable law, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers, such as contractual protections with our service providers.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under applicable privacy laws, which may include the right to know or access the personal information we hold about you, to correct inaccurate information, to request deletion, to receive a portable copy, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
